Our Hiring Process

Stage 1

Applied

In this initial stage, candidates express their interest in the desired position by submitting their applications. Our hiring team diligently reviews each application received and considers potential candidates to progress further in the hiring process.
Stage 2

Resume Review

Once we’ve received your application, a member of our team will review it. If you are a potential match, we’ll schedule a call to learn more about your skills and experience.
Stage 3

Teams Interview

After evaluating your resume and considering you as a potential match, we will arrange a 30-minute video conference call with our hiring manager. This call will serve as an opportunity to delve into the details of the position, explore your relevant experience, and discuss Stratom in greater depth.
Stage 4

Panel Interview + Tour

During the panel interview, you will have the opportunity to meet our hiring team for a thorough discussion lasting an hour and a half. In the case of an in-person interview, you will also have the chance to tour our facilities before the panel session.
